Women’s Bikini<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women’s Fit Model<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women’s Fitness<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women’s Figure<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RULES AND INFO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Athletes may compete in multiple divisions in the same event (crossovers between divisions, such as being in both Classic Physique and Men’s Physique in the same event). This is not true with FIT MODEL division, which does not permit crossovers to others like Bikini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An NPC athlete of any age or experience may compete in the open class. The OPEN is the only class that qualfies you for OPEN NATIONAL CONTESTS which often award pro cards. See each event’s website page for more info.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to compete in a class by age (for example, Teen, Juniors, or Masters), you must be the lowest age of the division (for example, 35 and over) on the contest day, or under the maximum age (such as 23 and under) on the contest day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must pre-qualify for many events…by being in another event first. See the ELIGIBILITY or PRE QUALIFYING RULES on the event website to check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VARIOUS DIVISIONS YOU CAN CHOOSE TO COMPETE IN<\/p>\n\n\n\n

True Novice Divisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitors have NEVER competed in the NPC before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Novice Divisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitors have not won their class in an NPC competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First Responder Divisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitors are Active or Retired with First Responder ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armed Forces Divisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitors are Active or Retired with Armed Forces ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teen Division<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitor must be at least 18 years old, and not over the age of 19 on the day of the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junior Division<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitor must not be over the age of 23 on the day of the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collegiate Division<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitor must be taking college courses during that calendar year and must not be over 25 years of age<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Masters Divisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competitors must be the age shown or above, on the day of the competition. For instance, classes called “35+” or “Over 35” both include competitors who are 35 years of age or older. Masters competitors may compete in multiple classes; for instance, someone 47 years old could compete in over 35 and over 45.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Athletes may also crossover to other classes such as Novice or True Novice or Open, if they meet those eligibility requirements noted above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Divisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An NPC athlete of any age or experience level may compete in the open class<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes, athletes will choose to compete in an age-related class against others around their age, but also compete in Open against a range of competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note, Women’s Bodybuilding is not included in NATURAL events, per updated NPC rules. It IS included in non-tested events.<\/p>\n
